Automatic Ceramic Heating system

This system overcomes the major problem of non-uniform temperature distribution inherent in conventional vulcanizing heating systems.

The “intelligent” self-controlling ceramic heating systems automatically maintain the required curing temperature without the need for any costly, easily damaged external control equipment. Only a simple breaker box is needed to operate the press. Multiple Breaker Boxes and can be used in any combinations (i.e. - a 7-module press can use (1) 3 and (1) 4 module breaker box).

Patented Electro-Ceramic Heating Elements

As power is applied to the ceramic heating elements, the electrical resistance increases as the temperature increases until the set point is reached. This creates a uniform consistent temperature across the complete press surface.

Any module size can be used with any breaker box.
